Forget your Castle Coombe or your Mousehole, the most beautiful village in England is Staithes, on the Jurassic coast of North Yorkshire.

    Oooh your art style reminds me of Roald Dahl book illustrator Quentin Blake’s, or maybe it is just the startled expression of the dog walker? Either way, it is beautiful!

      Thanks Jawalyark! Yes I can admit to being a little influenced by him and also Ronald Searle, I love both of their work… but they make it look so easy!!

        You’re welcome! Oh I just glanced across Ronald Searle’s work and it’s gorgeous! I didn’t realise illustrated version of Gilbert and Sullivan is by him!
